Aoife Campbell is an experienced clinical scientist and fertility services leader with more than 15 years in assisted human reproduction. She combines embryology expertise with strategic leadership, regulatory knowledge, service innovation and a strong commitment to patient-centred care. Across roles at Merrion Fertility Clinic, including General Manager, Innovation Manager and Deputy Laboratory Manager, she has led operations, developed clinical services, strengthened governance and introduced new laboratory practices. Aoife holds a PhD in Developmental Biology and Embryology, an MSc in Healthcare Ethics and Law, and a diploma in Leadership and Management. She has also contributed to national policy and professional development through the Irish Fertility Society, AHR professional groups, Oireachtas submissions and expert testimony on international surrogacy. Her approach is evidence-based, ethical and future-focused.
