Prior to Attending the Clinic
A staff member will go through a list of triage questions over the phone prior to your appointment.
In between triage and attendance, if you have Covid-19 symptoms, have done a positive antigen test, are awaiting the result of a PCR test or are a close contact, please inform the clinic immediately.

When Visiting the Clinic
On the morning of the visit, please take an antigen test at home and do not attend if your test is positive or you have any Covid-19 symptoms. In this situation, please contact us by phone.
Please do not arrive more than five minutes before instructed.
Please arrive unaccompanied, unless previously discussed. An additional person (adults only) can accompany patients for an early pregnancy scan (partner or otherwise). This person must also carry out an antigen test in advance of attending the Clinic.
You will be triaged again on arrival at reception and directed to the relevant waiting area.
Surgical masks (non fabric) are mandatory and you will be asked to sanitise your hands at reception.
Waiting rooms are socially distanced with limited numbers. Therefore, on occasion, you may be directed to an alternative waiting area.
During a Treatment Cycle
If you are due a vaccine dose (including booster) close to starting or during a treatment cycle, please discuss this with clinical staff prior to receiving it.
A more detailed Patient Information, Triage Questionnaire & Code of Conduct re Covid-19 must be completed before starting treatment.
If you have Covid-19 symptoms, have done a positive antigen test, are awaiting the result of a PCR test or are a close contact, please inform the clinic immediately.
On the day of egg collection, patients should carry out an antigen test at home. You will also be antigen tested in the Clinic in advance of the procedure. In the event of a positive result, the procedure will be cancelled. Please be assured that there will be no financial penalty for a cycle cancelled under these circumstances.
