FAQs On How to Make Appointments and Get in Touch

We have a secure patient portal, which we encourage all those currently attending the clinic to use. This portal can be used to upload documents. Our patient services team monitor the portal between 8am and 4pm on weekdays and between 9am and 12pm on weekends.

The only time that we would ask you to call the clinic is when you are letting us know about your ‘Day One’, just as you are about to start your treatment cycle. In this case, please call our nurses on 01 556 7900 (choose option 2) or call directly on 01 556 7901. This phone is not answered and will always go straight to voicemail. However, you will receive a call back by the end of the working day.

If you attended the clinic previously and would like to book  another appointment with one of our Merrion Fertility Clinic Doctors, please click on the following link and complete our online self-referral form.

When you submit this form, your information will be reviewed and an appointment will be made for you. Your appointment details and information will be sent to you through our online patient portal. You will receive a link to access the Patient Portal. Should you have any queries or if the appointment date does not suit, please contact us via the patient portal.

If you’d like to check your fertility status, please click on the following link and complete our online self-referral form.

Merrion Fertility Clinic performs a range of tests to assess female fertility. These include hormone blood tests and an ultrasound scan. We can arrange these tests for you in advance of your first appointment. Results are then available for discussion at your Doctor consultation.

If you would like to discuss egg freezing with one of our fertility doctors, please complete the online self-referral

Once we receive this we can organise an appointment and initial investigations. The doctor will then discuss the results at the consultation and give you your options based on these results.

The best way to make an appointment is by completing the online semen analysis referral form, and you will find this and further information on our Male Fertility Tests page. Please note that you must also have a GP referral.
