Aoife Campbell is currently the Clinic General Manager, covering maternity leave. She was recently promoted to the Innovation Manager after having been our Deputy Lab Manager for many years. She originally joined the Clinic in 2015 as a Senior Embryologist. Aoife actually began her career with Merrion Fertility Clinic in 2008 before leaving in 2012 to spend a year in Australia, where she worked as an Embryologist for Genea Fertility in Sydney for a year. After she returned to Ireland, she joined Sims IVF for 2 years.
Aoife holds a PhD in Developmental Biology and Embryology. She is active in learning and sharing knowledge; she regularly speaks on behalf of the Clinic on fertility matters and she attends international conferences throughout the year.
As a General Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, manages teams, and ensures the efficient functioning of the clinic, while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance. Aoife is also responsible for setting goals, solving operational problems, and maintaining communication with senior management.
