Aoife Campbell is currently the Clinic General Manager, covering maternity leave. Her previous role was Innovation Manager, a position she moved to from Deputy Lab Manager. Aoife began her career as an embryologist with Merrion Fertility Clinic in 2008 before leaving in 2012 to spend time in Australia, where she worked as an Embryologist for Genea Fertility in Sydney. After returning to Ireland, she joined Sims IVF for a time before returning to Merrion Fertility Clinic in 2015 as a Senior Embryologist.

Aoife holds a PhD in Developmental Biology and Embryology. She is active in learning and sharing knowledge; she regularly speaks on behalf of the Clinic on fertility matters and she attends international conferences throughout the year.

As a General Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing teams, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the clinic, while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.
