At Merrion Fertility Clinic we are committed to ensuring that our active patients and prospective patients are treated with the utmost courtesy and care, especially when contacting us by phone or by mail.

We aim to answer every telephone call in person. If you are required to leave a voice message we will deal with your query and respond on the same working day. If your query cannot be addressed within this time frame, we will acknowledge your call and advise you of the expected resolution time.

All email correspondence will receive a same day acknowledgement with details as to when your query will be comprehensively answered if it cannot be addressed immediately.

We do not have dedicated patient parking at Merrion Fertility Clinic.

Ample paid parking spaces are available on Merrion Square adjacent to the clinic.
